PMF Hunt on Steroids
A 15-person startup chasing product-market fit needed to experiment faster, watch its runway, and keep the team intact under pressure. We built the tooling for all three.
01 · Challenge
Enabling the team to set up, follow up on, and learn from experiments.
Solution
We built a mission-and-experiments overview with KPI / € scores, so the team can see which experiment delivers the most impact per euro spent. We installed four maps: the Opportunity-Solution map to chart product development, AARRR + M maps to manage experiments, Make-or-Buy maps to decide what to build, and a Strategy map to evolve the strategy.
02 · Challenge
Runway and cash management — a make-or-break topic for every pre-PMF team.
Solution
We built a cash-flow prediction tool tied to the missions and experiments, so the whole team can see exactly how the runway needle moves with every bet they place.
03 · Challenge
The most important challenge of all: team culture. When the team crashes, everything crashes.
Solution
We built a daily hygiene routine that helps the team build psychological safety and communicate openly — surfacing tensions and disagreements before they can cause any harm.
