Groof Introduction
Install Groof in only 4-8 weeks, while already increasing performance & wellbeing significantly with guaranteed outcomes.
Step 1 Team Analysis
A Groof Coach sits together with the Team Leader and assess the current status of the team, team members and the the team leader with the help of the Groof framework of good teamwork, team play, and team leading. Strengths and weaknesses get detected.
Step 2 Prescription
We propose and discuss a new playbook and personal development paths that we discuss further develop with the Team Leader. At this point we guarantee a performance kpi and team wellbeing (team NetPromotorScore (tNPS)) goal, that we want to reach in the upcoming eight weeks. (often up to 20% more performance and positive tNPS).
Step 3 Team Building Workshop
The Groof Coach introduces Groof together with the Team Leader. The Team makes its first steps in experimenting with the new playbook ideas, the TeamLog and personal reflections.
Step 4 Training (4-8 weeks)
In this time the Groof Coach works closely with the Team, the Team Leader, and the Team Members to reach the development goals. The introduction ends with a New Deal Team Agreement. From there the Team can work on its own and compound excellence.
The fee will become payable once the guaranteed outcomes are achieved.
